Litigation is expensive and not a step to be taken lightly, however there are times when it is the only available option, or when it is the best option in the particular circumstances.
Though we do not run litigation in-house, team has experience of working closely with specialist solicitors (attorneys) and barristers (advocates or trial lawyers) to give effective litigation support, and we regularly go directly to barristers for expert opinions. The Reddie & Grose team also has significant experience of negotiating settlements and running oppositions. In many cases we avoid the need for litigation by acting proactively and pragmatically to achieve a favourable settlement.
The team has good relationships with many leading firms of solicitors in London, Cambridge and overseas and is used to parachuting them in where required to put additional pressure on a potential infringer or when things turn nasty.
