Matthew joined Reddie & Grose in January 2021, shortly after completing a master’s degree in Physics at the University of Warwick. During his time at university, Matthew took a particular interest in areas such as medical physics, laser physics, optoelectronics, and condensed matter physics. His master’s project involved comparing two different types of radiotherapy plan, with respect to patients with breast cancer. The project involved comparing the robustness and clinical viability of these two methods.
Olivia joined Reddie & Grose in January 2021 after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a master’s degree in physics. In her final year, Olivia specialised in the study of ultracold atoms and completed a research project focused on developing experimental and computational methods for the creation and analysis of Bose-Einstein condensates.
Dr Xiaoxi Zhu joined Reddie & Grose in January 2021 and handles patents in the fields of electronic, electrical engineering and software. Xiaoxi completed a PhD and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering at University of Cambridge. She also achieved a Bachelor degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Imperial College London. Xiaoxi’s PhD research focused on investigation of functional inks employing graphene and related two-dimensional (2D) materials and their applications in printable and flexible electronic devices.
Dr Ben Hipwell handles patent work in the Electrical Engineering, Telecoms and Software field.
Connor Crickmore joined Reddie & Grose in 2018 after completing a Master’s degree in Physics at Oxford University.
Stephen Lupini handles patent work in the mechanical, electrical and consumer product fields.
