
Lorraine Rowlands joined Reddie & Grose in September 2025 as our IT Service Delivery Manager.
She is responsible for strengthening our technology operations, improving service performance, and working with the business to stabilise, modernise, and optimise IT services, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities designed to support resilient, future-ready operations.
Lorraine is recognised for her calm, collaborative leadership style and her ability to bring clarity and momentum through periods of change. She works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes, strengthen operational capability, and embed ways of working that support long-term performance.
She believes resilient leadership comes from sustainable, streamlined ways of working, alongside a genuine commitment to wellbeing, balance and a sense of fun.
