Kriti Khanna is a trainee patent attorney within the Electrical, Electronics, and Software group.

Kriti joined Reddie & Grose in September 2026 after graduating from the University of Cambridge (Sidney Sussex College) with an integrated master’s degree in engineering, specialising in Electrical and Electronic engineering.

During her time at university, she covered modules on quantum technologies, renewable power, microelectronics, and photonic systems. She also gained experience in RF engineering, designing a PCB board for a chain amplifier system using Keysight ADS. Her master’s project investigated the simulation of electromagnetic (EM) wave propagation in nanostructures. Her project used 3D Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) simulations to investigate EM wave propagation and Anderson localisation in silicon nitride photonic crystal nanostructures by systematically varying the disorder in the structures to evaluate the quality factors and resonant modes, to optimise light-matter interaction for quantum electrodynamics and sensing applications.

Outside of work, Kriti particularly enjoys baking and cooking as well as reading, crochet and travelling.
