Kacper Kozak is a Trainee Patent Attorney in the Engineering, Materials and Consumer Products team.
Kacper joined Reddie & Grose in September 2025 after graduating from the University of Bristol with a Master’s degree in Engineering Design.
During his degree studies, Kacper undertook a range of modules within the fields of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, structural mechanics, materials science, flight dynamics, aircraft propulsion, robotics and control theory. During his final two years at university, he completed a two-year group design project on the development of a composite floating offshore wind turbine platform.
Additionally, Kacper completed a year in industry at Babcock International. Here, he worked within the marine sector, primarily working as a design engineer on a submarine programme, gaining invaluable industrial experience.
During his teenage years, Kacper competed as an amateur boxer at a national level. Nowadays, Kacper likes to stay active by going to the gym and getting involved with a variety of sports such as football. Kacper also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
