Jake Knight is a trainee patent attorney within the Electrical, Electronics, and Software group.
Before joining Reddie and Grose in September 2025, Jake graduated from the University of Cambridge (Sidney Sussex) with an integrated master’s degree in engineering. Having specialised in electronic and information sciences and covering modules across microelectronics, semiconductor physics, image processing and business operations, their masters project explored pixel-less holographic display technology. This included novel algorithm development for improved Fraunhofer field projection and designing HVS-oriented image quality metrics for subjective display performance analysis.
Outside the office, Jake is a DJ and electronic music producer who counts influences across breaks, post-dubstep, and 2-step. They also enjoy exploring art galleries, esoteric RTS games and pub quizzes.
