Harry Way is a trainee patent attorney in the Engineering, Materials and Consumer Products team.
Harry Joined Reddie & Grose in September 2026, after studying Engineering Science at the University of Oxford. He graduated with First Class Honours in 2024. He specialised in Information Engineering, studying areas including machine learning, machine vision, robotics and control systems. His fourth-year project explored the use of knowledge graphs and retrieval-augmented large language models to generate explanations for autonomous driving decisions.
Harry subsequently completed an MBA at the University of New Hampshire, focusing on Information Systems and Business Analytics. This gave him exposure to the commercial side of technology and innovation.
Outside of work, Harry is a keen footballer and currently plays semi-professionally. He captained the Oxford University Blues and previously represented the University of New Hampshire in NCAA Division I soccer. He also enjoys padel and playing the guitar, as well as attempting to play golf.
