Grant Davies is an experienced HR professional and former Head of HR & Facilities, where he held firm-wide responsibility for HR and Facilities management.
Following his retirement from that role, Grant now works on a part-time basis as an HR Consultant, supporting specific projects. This is his first consultancy role, building on a long and senior career in HR and operations.
Grant has held senior people management roles within US and UK professional services firms and brings extensive experience working with FTSE 100 organisations, including Rentokil Initial plc, on complex HR and operational matters such as major contract negotiations and service delivery.
He has deep expertise in employee relations, including trade union engagement, senior-level negotiations on pay and employment terms, and representation up to Employment Tribunal level. He has also led payroll, pensions, and benefits management across the UK and Germany.
In his spare time, Grant enjoys walking, swimming, and spending time with his family — particularly his grandchildren, with whom he enjoys travelling to broaden their experiences.
