Connor Crickmore handles patent work relating to electronics and software, as well as mechanical inventions.
He joined Reddie & Grose in 2018 after completing a Master’s degree in Physics at Oxford University, and qualified both as a European and UK patent attorney in 2022.
Connor has handled inventions across a wide range of technologies, including fibre optics, telecoms, satellite technologies, drones, artificial intelligence, solid state batteries, and medical devices. He has a particular interest in robotics, having successfully prosecuted patent applications in the autonomous vehicles and kiosks spaces.
Connor has also drafted numerous patent applications relating to electrical circuits and components, in particular transformers, acoustic wave filters and switched-mode power supplies. He also has experience with innovations in the construction industry.
Connor enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups through to large multinational corporations, and has assisted his clients in obtaining patent protection in numerous jurisdictions worldwide beyond the UK and Europe.
In his spare time, Connor enjoys weightlifting and travelling off the beaten track.
