Chantalle Desouza
Recruitment Officer
Chantalle joined Reddie & Grose LLP as Recruitment Officer in October 2022.
With over six years’ experience within the recruitment industry, part of which was spent recruiting Associates and Senior Associates for elite US and magic circle law firms in London, Chantalle is now the primary lead for all lateral recruitment and our graduate programme. She manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Chantalle also provides guidance on the selection process, ensuring the promotion of good practice.
Chantalle passionately advocates for diversity and inclusion. She is a core member of our EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging) Group and leads the EDIB Special Events Subcommittee. She also continues to build strong connections with external stakeholders, contributing to the promotion of the IP profession.
In her spare time, Chantalle loves to cook Indian food and experiment with spices. She also enjoys exploring new countries, going to the gym, spending quality time with family and friends.
