The context
City Sightseeing is the operator of the familiar colourful tour buses seen in tourist destinations around the world. City Sightseeing initially operated in the UK and in Spain, but during the last decade they have dramatically expanded their operation so that tourists can now enjoy bus tours in more than 100 cities in more than 30 countries around the world. Tours in each city are operated by City Sightseeing itself, or by franchisees.
Our work
We have supported City Sightseeing’s successful expansion by developing and implementing a trade mark registration strategy, and advising on franchising and enforcement of their trade mark rights, in countries from the China to the Caribbean and Africa to Iceland.
