Our new values have emerged after a comprehensive, firm-wide consultation process. We engaged everyone in the firm in the dialogue surrounding the development of our values, ensuring diverse perspectives and insights were considered. This inclusive approach has led to a representative set of values that not only strengthens our collective identity but also ensures they resonate with the entire firm, creating a shared sense of purpose and responsibility.
In our case, the collaboration of every team member resulted in four core values:
