Reddie & Grose LLP is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in central Munich. The new space provides modern facilities for partners and attorneys preparing for proceedings before the EPO, and enables us to offer increased support to our European clients in the form of fully equipped local meeting space.
The UK Government is a long way from finalising the relationship it will have with Europe following Britain’s departure from the EU. During this time of political change, our new office provides us with opportunities to work more closely with our European counterparts, ensuring that we are in a good position post Brexit to continue business-as-usual. This move is part of our strategy to ensure that we will continue to be able to handle trade mark and design filings in the EU after Brexit. Our patent practice is unaffected by Brexit as the European Patent Convention is not an EU institution.
