Roberta Sher is a trainee patent attorney in the Life Sciences team.

Roberta joined Reddie & Grose in September 2022 having completed an integrated Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Her final year research focused on Plant Cysteine Oxidases (PCOs) – enzymes that connect oxygen availability with the hypoxic response in plants – and the manipulation of their activity to improve plant flood tolerance. She also spent a summer working in Clinical & Regulatory Affairs for a medical device startup which has developed a non-invasive device for objective pain measurement during surgery.

Outside of work, Roberta plays the cello and is a keen orchestral and chamber musician. She also loves a long run with friends, and can unfailingly be found at Parkrun every Saturday morning.
