Sectors
Rob McLaughlin specialises in trade mark prosecution and contentious work.
Rob joined Reddie & Grose in 2017 and works with clients of all sizes and in a wide range of sectors.
He is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys for achieving the second highest grade of all UK Trade Mark Attorneys who qualified in 2021.
His practice is focused on contentious registry proceedings in the UK and EU, and advising on all aspects of brand protection. Rob has experience building and maintaining global portfolios of trade mark rights and representing clients in multijurisdictional disputes.
Rob lives in Brighton and takes full advantage of being close to the sea. He spends the weekends paddleboarding or wakeboarding, having BBQs on the beach and taking his greyhound for walks in the South Downs.
Before getting into IP, Rob was a professional chef and had worked in publishing and film.
