Matt Ward works on patents in the fields of electronics, electrical devices and software.
Matt joined Reddie & Grose in September 2016 after having worked as an Electrical Engineer for four years in Peterborough. He worked on innovative projects using new technology to deliver powders and liquids inside food factories. Before leaving he headed a project utilising robotic arms to simplify and enhance the cooking process for soups and sauces.
Matt completed a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Derby, while also working “on the tools” as an electrician, and then as an electrical control system designer. In his final year of university he tutored first year students in maths. He became interested in IP after meeting a Patent Attorney while applying for a patent with his employer. He works in the fields of electronics, electrical devices and software.
When not at work, Matt enjoys running and cycling. He is also a keen cook.
