Plant Varieties
Our plant variety rights team is based in our Cambridge office. We can assist you in obtaining and enforcing plant variety rights (sometimes called “plant breeders' rights”) for new varieties of plants, and can also provide advice on infringement risk relating to plant variety rights held by other parties. We have extensive experience acting as representatives before the Community Plant Variety Office to secure European Union-wide plant variety rights, and can also help you obtain plant variety rights in other offices around the world.
