Nick joined the firm in 1981 and the partnership in 1986. His areas of expertise include chemical, mechanical and other general engineering inventions, including tobacco and food technology, building materials, laser applications, metallurgy and aerosol devices. Nick also does industrial design and copyright. Nick has considerable experience of opposition work before the EPO and of the prosecution of patent and design applications around the world.
Nick has recently taken up karate, and also enjoys skiing, hill walking and travel.
