Linda joined the firm in 1979 and was asked to join the partnership in 1987.
Linda handles patent applications in the general mechanical and electrical fields, as well as trade marks, designs and design rights. She also advises on infringement questions and conducts searches of patent literature.
Linda has extensive expertise in the field of trade marks, and negotiates settlement of trade mark disputes. She regularly conducts clearance searches in respect of new trade marks and has considerable experience of patent and trade mark portfolio management issues.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys travel, hiking, gardening and pottery.
