24 February 2009: Moving Forward
The partners of Reddie & Grose LLP wish to inform you that as from 1st April 2009 Dr Jonathan "Jo" Davies will take on a new role with Reddie & Grose LLP as a consultant in the Cambridge office; Jo has decided to retire as a partner after 21 years.
Jo’s decision will allow him to devote all his attention and efforts to professional work for clients. Jo will continue to file and prosecute patent and plant variety cases and advise clients, as before. Jo will be in the Cambridge office on a daily basis.
As far as our clients, foreign attorneys and professional colleagues are concerned, there should be no difference in the working relationship with Reddie & Grose LLP or with Jo and the other members of our life sciences group.
Senior Partner, Paul Brereton, said "Jo has made a tremendous contribution to the firm over the years and I am delighted we shall continue the relationship. I believe that this arrangement is a positive development for both Reddie & Grose LLP and Jo. Moving forward, the partners will continue to grow and develop the partnership and the business, and we shall continue to have the benefit of Jo’s skills and experience as a patent attorney".
