Alice joined the firm on 1st November,
2007 having previously been
a Partner in the Lloyd Wise group for 15 years.
She handles patent and trade
mark work (both non-contentious and contentious). Her areas of expertise in
patent work are in the mechanical and materials science sectors. She has
extensive experience with Oral Proceedings, at the Examining Division,
Opposition Division and Appeal Board levels. Alice has a variety of trademark
clients including some whose marks are household names. She has acted for
her clients before OHIM and the UK registry as well as having
been involved in a number of trade mark infringement disputes. She
also advises on industrial copyright and designs.
